User Responsibilities
Acceptable Use
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

Payment Terms
Pricing and Invoicing
- • All prices are quoted in British Pounds (GBP) unless otherwise specified
- • Project costs will be outlined in individual agreements or statements of work
- • We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice for ongoing services
- • All prices are exclusive of VAT, which will be added where applicable
Payment Schedule
Project Work
- • 50% deposit required to commence work
- • Remaining balance due upon completion
- • Large projects may have milestone payments
- • Payment terms: Net 14 days
Ongoing Services
- • Monthly or annual billing cycles
- • Payment due in advance of service period
- • Auto-renewal unless cancelled
- • 30 days' notice required for cancellation
Late Payments
Late payments may result in:
- • Suspension of work until payment is received
- • Interest charges of 1.5% per month on overdue amounts
- • Recovery of collection costs and legal fees
- • Termination of services for accounts 60+ days overdue
Intellectual Property Rights
Our Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of crispdigital and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
Important: You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of our proprietary content without explicit written permission.
Client Work and Ownership
Upon Full Payment

Third-Party Content

Warranties and Disclaimers

- We provide 30-day warranty for bug fixes on delivered work

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Effects of Termination
Upon termination:

- • We will complete work for which payment has been received

Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these Terms that is due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

General Provisions
